@raesmitheats: So excited to be launching my first ever product with DELLI Market!! 🥳 My take on Ghana’s iconic hot pepper sauce, shito 🇬🇭✨ Traditionally, shito is made with dried fish but I’ve used a blend of seaweed to give it that fishy, umami flavour. Yaa is my Ghanaian name, so it made sense to use it for the sauce! This is a dream I’ve had for so long, but I allowed fear to take over as I thought I’d be criticised as it’s not 100% authentic. However, shito was a sauce I grew up on, and I would love to share it and show that you can still enjoy your cultural dishes, without the animal products!
