I have severe migraines need reasonable adjustments light sensitivity noise can aggravate them when I get them I have blurry vision zig zags faintly lw bd pressure. Pre wfh but work not understand

Could i sue hall green health they have 30 ppl in one room shouting, swearing i couldn't cope with the noise i asked them if i cud sit in a corner due to disruption and told them i cudnt concentrate

On Monday we move into a refurbished office with insanely bright fluorescent lights. This is different to where I’ve worked for last 5 years. These lights cause me to have hemiplegic migraines 😭

I left my job after a busker set up outside my office window and played half of the titanic chorus on repeat, 8hours a day, on a penny whistle. After 18 months, I couldn’t take it anymore.

my sister had a hysterectomy, and was asked to come in and her mngr argued with her about it the day of her surgery... she also has disabilities - i wonder what the hell would happen to them 👀
