@saltnsprinkles: just for fun ~ let’s make a healthier homemade icing from scratch without powdered sugar! this icing is super easy to whip up and tastes so good with donuts, muffins, etc. here are the ingredients: • coconut butter • non dairy milk • honey, or maple syrup • vanilla and all you’ll do is add everything to a small pan and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. that’s it! just let it cool first before using :) in case you’re wondering: • yes, this icing will firm up, but don’t expect it to get hard and crack like traditional sugar icing.
