I have a 9800x3d and 4080. I just turned on DLSS4 and will be using it 100% the game looks better, feels smoother, and I gained 20fps on Quality mode

everyone saying that an upscaler is the same as the frame gen in terms of input latency, maybe you need to sell that gtx 1650, and test it yourself if you don t want to get ur info right
