Actually you can! The only thing that is going to happen is your nails are getting to get hot and it’s going to be uncomfortable. It may also ruin the look itself. Similar to getting an MRI w/ tattoos

mri tech here…it would’ve been fine 😅 unless you’re getting an mri of your hand but even then it would hardly distort the images. but every place has their own policy 🤷🏽♀️
