I finally found the inner power to block a man I’ve loved madly for 12+ years. A man who loved me too. But he couldn’t ever truly make me a priority, and I finally found the internal acceptance required to remove him. I wish I’d loved myself enough, learned your method sooner… but alas here I am at 44 and I’ve finally let go, and I don’t really regret it because he has hurt me so many times and I’ve finally recognized that I am worthy of so much better. Time to find my inner peace again and let the past stay where it belongs
