Attorney Martinez spoke about it. Basically if you’re waiting to be approved for anything you can be deported because it’s not positive you’ll be approved.

its important to note that it also says the officers must still consult with their legal advisors if they know the person has a “victim based immigration benefit”, im assuming its referring to U-Visa
