DISCLAIMER!!!! after doing A LOT more research and learning a little bit more about how planes work, i would not automatically assume it was intentional. i posted this when i initially saw the videos of the planes colliding and it was extremely hard not to assume it was done purposefully.

It was not intentional it was a pilot’s error (the blackhauck) and the atc worker was doing a two person job. It also has to do with the helicopter routes in D.C.
