The gathering, held at the Grand Menseng main function room last January 30, was attended by PDP-Laban party members, senatorial candidates, and supporters from Hugpong sa Tawong Lungsod. Among those in attendance were PDP-Laban Executive Vice President and Davao City Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte, Senator Robinhood Padilla, re-electionist Senators Christopher “Bong” Go and Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa, first-time senatorial aspirant Atty. Jimmy Bondoc, actor Philip Salvador, and Atty. Jayvee Hinlo. Lawyers Raul Lambino, Rep. Rodante Marcoleta, and Pastor Apollo Quiboloy were absent but were represented by their staff.
