I get what you are saying… but in my surgery we have a half hour platform You can ring at 8 am, be on hold for half an hour and by the time you get through , all the appointments are gone for that day

I refuse to tell a receptionist or call handler what my problem is, I don’t see why I should. it’s private & confidential. I’m assertive without being rude or raising my voice.

No still had to make an appointment , but now i have to try and get a phone appointment 🤔 then wait , then you decide if i need an appointment oh then wait again 🤔 so 4 weeks pass 🤔
