@harrison.sutton20: Every night without fail I set myself a small 5/10 minute challenge, regardless of what I have done earlier that day. These challenges can be anything from one of the following - 5 min Plank 100 burpee 100 cal assault bike 1 mile run as fast as possible 150 swings Something to reinforce a strong mental attitude and work the muscles of the mind and keep them strong when it's the last thing I want to! Yesterday I mixed it up and went 50 clean and press with a barbell that I rarely use. So l end every day with something to be proud of and reminder that we're never finished!!! Always ending with a feeling of accomplishment no matter how small. #fitnesschallenge #motivation #gym #athlete #fyp
