Cheesy BBQ Perinaise Chicken Flatbreads that are quick, easy and absolutely banging🤤 BBQ chicken, peppers and onion stuffed into flatbreads with mozzarella and a brush of garlic butter, served with a drizzle of peri mayo & crispy onions for texture 🤌🏼 Save this for an easy midweek dinner 📌💕 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g chicken breast diced  1 tsp smoked paprika  1 tsp garlic granules  1 tsp bbq seasoning  Salt Pepper ½ red onion diced  ½ red pepper diced  50g bbq sauce  2-3 tbsp hot water  2 flatbreads (I use Deli Kitchen) 70g mozzarella grated  10g lighter butter spread  1 tsp chopped garlic  1 tsp fresh parsley chopped  25g peri mayonnaise  1 tsp hot water to loosen  1 tsp crispy onions  💕Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, garlic granules, BBQ seasoning, salt and pepper. 💕Fry the chicken until almost cooked through. Add the diced red onion and red pepper to the pan and cook until softened. 💕Stir in the BBQ sauce and add a splash of hot water (2-3 tablespoons) to loosen it into a sauce 💕Melt the butter spread with the chopped garlic in the microwave until melted, then stir through the chopped parsley. 💕Spoon the BBQ chicken mixture over one half of each flatbread and scatter over the grated mozzarella. 💕Fold the flatbreads over to enclose the filling. Brush the outside lightly with the garlic butter. Cook in a hot frying pan for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crisp and the cheese has melted. Alternatively, air fry at 190°C for 4-6 minutes until crisp. 💕While the flatbreads cook, stir the peri mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon of hot water to loosen into a drizzle. 💕 Once the flatbreads are cooked, remove from the pan, drizzle over the perinaise and sprinkle with crispy onions. Tim Satreskrim Polres Dharmasraya bersama Unit Reskrim Polsek Koto Baru berhasil menangkap seorang tersangka kasus dugaan tindak pidana penggelapan sepeda motor yang masuk dalam laporan polisi Nomor LP/B/37/VII/2026/SPKT/Polsek Koto Baru/Polres Dharmasraya/Polda Sumbar, tertanggal 2 Juli 2026. Tersangka berinisial MTH alias Taufik bin Mahmud diamankan pada Jumat sekitar pukul 03.00 WIB di Desa Tukum, Kecamatan Jujuhan, Kabupaten Muaro Bungo, Jambi. Penangkapan dipimpin langsung oleh Kasat Reskrim Polres Dharmasraya, AKP Andri, S.H., bersama personel Satreskrim Polres Dharmasraya dan Unit Reskrim Polsek Koto Baru. Setelah tersangka diamankan, petugas melakukan pengembangan. Dari hasil pemeriksaan, diketahui sepeda motor yang diduga digelapkan telah diperjualbelikan di wilayah Lubuk Landai, Kabupaten Muaro Bungo. Tim kemudian bergerak menuju lokasi tersebut dan berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa satu unit sepeda motor Honda Scoopy warna hitam tanpa nomor polisi dengan nomor rangka MH1JM3130LK764100 dan nomor mesin JME31E3761338, yang diduga merupakan kendaraan hasil penggelapan.
