🔥 Eye of Sauron Cheesecake One cheesecake to rule them all… and in the darkness, devour it. 🧀🔥 This epic dessert is as delicious as it is menacing. Perfect for LOTR marathons or your next fantasy-themed feast! This is the creamiest New York style cheesecake I have ever made! T#Thearliest post I found online for this inspiration was made by Cindy at Cation Designs in 2012. Without her idea, this would not be possible. I tweaked the recipe to fit my tastes. Recipe Below ⬇️ INGREDIENTS 🔹 For the Crust: 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (12 crackers) 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 2 tbsp sugar ⅛ tsp salt 🔹 For the Filling: 32 oz cream cheese (room temp) 2 cups sugar 3 tsp vanilla extract 4 large eggs 🔹 For the Topping: 1 (10 oz) jar apricot preserves ½ (10 oz) jar strawberry preserves ¼ (10 oz) jar blackberry preserves + a few drops black food coloring INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. 2️⃣ Mix crust ingredients, press into a springform pan, and bake for 10 min. 3️⃣ Reduce oven temp to 325°F. 4️⃣ Beat cream cheese & sugar until smooth. Add vanilla & eggs one at a time. 5️⃣ Wrap pan in heavy-duty foil, place in a water bath, and bake for 1 hr. Center should still jiggle! This is the secret for keeping it super creamy while devouring. 6️⃣ Let cool, then spread apricot preserves in an oval shape. 7️⃣ Add strawberry preserves around the center. 8️⃣ Mix blackberry preserves with black food coloring & place in the middle for the pupil. 9️⃣ Chill & serve—watch the eye stare into your soul as you take a bite! 👁️ Would you dare to taste the power of the Dark Lord?
