I took out my earrings (per TikTok) and stopped getting gel manicures. I use vanicream moisturizer and then put aquaphor on top to lock it in. It cleared up!

Get a gut test (GI MAP) done via a Naturopath and figure out if there are imbalances in your gut causing this. Eczema is often linked to gut issues.

Whatever you do, DONT use any type of topical steroid! I used hydrocortisone cream on my eye lid eczema and it turned into tsw😭 aquaphor every night helps hydrate well!

Get tested for allergies or intolerances.Had this an worse for a whole year used the Protopic 0,03% Tacrolimus-Monohydrate Creme and the cream eliminated my eczema within 1 week.It’s without cortisone

I read somewhere that gel on nails can cause dermatitis. Also you can use, Vaseline, with Benadryl cream and that eczema cream they have on TikTok. I think it’s called the ocean healed my eczema. It works awesome.

I’ve just had ocular rosecea - the dryness was beyond horrific . Castor oil (very thin layer) gave me relief. ♥️

Si tienes piel atopica es aun más normal. Me dijo la derma que eso es porque cuando te haces adulto la dermatitis te afecta más en parpados, cuello y labios
