@alaias.fit: This is how I balance my plate! 50% fiber - this can change based on the meal but I love oatmeal, dark leafy veggies like spinach or kale! Nuts, legumes and some fruits are also high in fiber 25% carbs - CARBS ARE NKT BAD! Carbs give you energy!! Energy that you need to live! But not all carbs are created equal 25% protein - a nice lean protein like chicken, lentils, tofu, grass fed ground beef, eggs or nuts are all great options 💫🫶🏾 Making your meal doesn’t have to be hard!!! Simplify it as much as possible and pick foods that YOU LIKE and foods that LOVE YOU BACK💫 Hopefully this helps you make a healthy balanced plate bestieee 🫶🏾
