Same. Take off is the worst for me. I found wearing ear buds and blasting music to drown out the noises of take off to really help

Especially when you takeoff bc all the air pockets make the plane drop and it literally makes me feel like I’m dying 😭😭😭 I HATE IT. I have a flight in April and I’m dreading it so hard.
