@drjoedamiani: Do you experience, persistent neck pain, and no matter what types of treatments you do it never seems to go away? Well, treating the source of the pain is what I always recommend first, but if you feel like it keeps coming back, then there’s probably a movement pattern in your body, or part of the foundation around the neck that puts you in a position that sets you up for failure. You just continuously forces your neck into the wrong position again and you can’t win. It’s like if your house keeps falling over at some point, you have to look at the foundation.
