As a pharmacist, I’ll also take it a step further and make sure you blow your nose before you use it! Seems simple, but you’d be surprised how many don’t do it!

That one allergist Tik toker showed me and he said if you can smell the rose smell you did it wrong. Also he said to massage your nose after spray. I can’t remember his name.

Yes! As a nurse so many people have no idea how to use nasal sprays. I always teach them to use the opposite hand too. It’s easier to get the correct angle. So hold in L hand for your R nostril.
