i feel disgusting bc growing up i wasnt taught ab dental hygiene, and so i didnt do much i didnt floss i didnt mouthwash or anything, js toothbrushing, and now most of my teeth are cavities 😢

GO TO A UNIVERSITY THAT TEACHES DENTISTS!! They always need people for cleans and check ups, that’s how I’ve been getting $20 cleans for the past year.
