hi gg that’s called ensaymada ☺️try to look for other versions where they put actual ube filling inside aside from the icing and cheese on top 😋 famous franchises where you can find it would be goldilocks or red ribbon , they also have other filipino pastries there (i recommend the ube overload cake from red ribbon)
