Nah because I was passing by two unleashed wiener dogs and tell me why one of them lounged at me to bite my leg and the owner was like “Don’t be afraid, he’s not aggressive” HE ALMOST BIT ME

I have a kid and is very aware of not being annoying with the stroller. i’ve had dog owners block the public path with the leash 50 times now while they look at me annoyed that i’m also using the path
