I always put Roman blinds in a bay, it’s getting a good rail that annoys me, the curtains are so heavy they always look messy and block the light and fall down 🤣

What would you do with this bay window. This is going to be used as a play room for the children. We will have a settee on the room but I was thinking of some sort of bench seating but up for other suggestions? Storage space would be ideal as they have ALOT of toys. We will be using a separate room in the evening once the children have gone to bed xxx

Can I ask I’ve been in my house for 30 years and I’ve always struggled to find a good track or ideally I’d like a pole. The problem is my bay window is kind of like half hexagonal if that makes any sense. Do you have any ideas of what I could use as a curtain rail like I said ideally I’d love a pole. Thank you.

We have ugly pvc windows in our lounge (1930s style house). So there are smaller windows at the top of the bay window. We need privacy and was considering cafe style curtains as we also have a radiator underneath. But worried it won’t look good with the little windows at the top. Any suggestions?

see my house is a 1950s semi detached. it has a bay window at the front but it's very mid century vibes in the house..Roman blinds would look really wrong but if I put in long curtains they'll just block the radiator so I fear I am gonna have to do short curtains 🥲
