think of the money you get in from the great players they could suddenly afford to buy. they would be saying it differently if it wasnt them... for example if newcastle had been allowed to spend big

I think no mainly bc when we broke these rules. No team was following the rules. For example Chelsea didn’t need to look at ffp but they defo broke it 20 years ago

The players city bought were readily available for anyone to buy. They didn't spend more than the other top 6 clubs, or foreign "big" clubs.
