THATS TECHNICALLY THE UPPER OIL PAN. THE ACTUAL OIL PAN IS THE LOWER BLACK ONE YOU HAD TO TAKE OFF.

on my 2011 suburban and 2015 escalade, the front axle had to be taken out and the rack and pinion lowered... pain in the butt.

Why is a Mobil mechanic doing a pan? Diagnose and make cars move and not Doing work on your back is silly. I don’t even do gravy side jobs at home. A rack or tow it to a rack.
