I'm so thankful for my ENT who I see every 3 months. I think I developed hearing issues over a period of time because of the pt. alarms/monitors. Also, alarm fatigue.

I would use afrin once or twice during a cold and honestly I felt like it gave me worse congestion. I was clear for a couple hours but it would come back with a vengeance when it wore off.

I have unilateral hearing loss I use AMPCros hearing aids that areblue toothed to my phone to listen to music, I have to use prescribed nasal allergy meds.

As a kid I would eat infections all the time. My mom would put olive oil to “cure” my infections. Now I have severe scarring inside my ear.
