Uber is no longer great... they do this .. even reporting is useless...they even take a picture then send to the app as if they dropped it at your location

They pretend to deliver the food but actually take the food, at times will pass your address so it’s recorded on the tracking service. This is what the drivers are doing not uber itself.

I do uber eats. If u put a wrong address uber will nt refund u. Sadly it’s nt a must to come to a new address as driver since I won’t b paid for it. I could hv updated it on the app, 4 driver to cm

it has happened to me before where a driver claimed to have delivered my food when he didn't and uber eats expected me to pay for that. I just deleted the app, didn't pay. I'm not crazy.

Uber eats are the biggest thieves around. I ordered stuff and the delivery guy says he's outside my complex but he's not coming to my unit. I told him the gates are open second right up the driveway. he texted back I'm stressing him out. Then he clicks order completed on the app. He takes a pic of a random gate and says he left my delivery outside this gate. OMW. I said it's not even my complex. Uber eats now refuse to refund me. saying I never answer my phone. lies how did he text I'm stressing him out. Both the delivery guy and Uber eats are in cahoots to rob us.

happened to me. I didn't see him, he ate the debonairs pizza. went to the debonairs only yo find I was not the only person to be scammed. the "help" option is not helpful at and you can't speak to anyone at Uber. Tseg! they can go to hell
