Hey friend, amazing açorda! I have a pro tip to make it better: leave the bread out for a couple of days. Dry bread works much better as it doesn't get as soggy but still soaks up the liquid 🤩

The bread should have a few days to be hard. Usually we boil a piece of codfish in water and use that same water to put on top of the bread. 🫶
