@mrsrajputrecipes: Indian Salmon Curry Ingredients • Boneless Skinless Salmon 1 Kg • Rai powder (Black Mustard Seeds) 1tsp (star ingredient) • Yellow mustard split ½ tsp • Coriander powder 1 tsp • Garam masala 1 tsp • Salt to taste • Red Chilli powder 1 tsp • Ginger paste 1 tsp • Garlic Paste 1 tsp • Lemon juice 2 tsp • Cooking oil 1tsp • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp Method 1. Cut salmon into chunks 2. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, oil and other spices listed above to coat the fish thoroughly. 3. Bake in pre heated oven (approx. 20 mins at 180 degrees. Turn fish halfway through so all sides get cooked. 4. Serve hot from oven with salad and sauce. Making salmon fish curry Ingredients: • Large cooking onion 1 • Paste of tomatoes or a tin 1 (400g) • Dry red chilli whole 1 • Ginger paste 1tsp • Garlic [paste 1tsp • Whole rai seeds 1tsp • Jeera (cumin) 1tsp • Salt to taste • Red chilli powder ¼ tsp • Garam masala ½ tsp • Turmeric powder 1tsp • Cooking oil • Boiled water 2 cups • Fresh, green coriander chopped Method 1. Heat oil in a pan 2. Add whole rai seeds and let them crackle 3. Add jeera and whole red chilli 4. then add paste of onion fry the onion until golden brown. 5. Now add garlic and ginger and fry a bit more 6. Add all the spices and stir well 7. Add tomato paste and cook until tomatoes get cooked and their rawness disappears and oil starts to separate. 8. Add boiling water and cook with lid on for 5 to 8 minutes. 9. Add baked salmon and give it a boil. 10. Garnish with fresh green coriander and serve with boiled plain rice. Enjoy eating fish and rice!
