@lindaeatsworld: Have you been to this Latin-Asian fusion spot in Raleigh, North Carolina? El Patio is a cute restaurant with a vibrant patio serving dishes with influences from Japan, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Dominican Republic. They hosted me and my friends and spoiled us with some of their popular dishes. We had quite a few ties for favorites, including the chorizo empanadas, the shrimp mofongo, the grilled octopus (parrilla de pulpo), the crispy roll, banana canoa, and their pan de bono waffles. The texture of the waffles was amazing. Crispy on the outside and almost like mochi on the inside. Seriously, get it for the table and see for yourself. I spied plenty of friend groups staying a while after their meals and enjoying cocktails and hookah. If you like margaritas, get the margarita party, which is a flight of fruity margaritas.
