Crying is a release don't be scared yo do it. Things do get easier over time. It is hard to adjust to things that are no longer there. Slowly you adjust and start building a new life.

Yes it does get better. I was 💯 you 14 years ago. Worst pain ever. Especially fighting to get custody of my kids while she lied. Got 50/50 for 10 years and now have full custody. Life is amazing.

As for me it hasn’t gotten easier when they go to my ex. If he was half decent, & put their needs first then I think it would be better but when you talk to them & know they are not ok, it kills me 🥺
