Now it's sold at auction where milage is not required because of its Age. So unless someone checks the carfax, it will be sold under the assumption that it's actual milage.

I had a customer with a cash car rental business (IYKYK) and he used to roll all his odometers back to around 75k. He said people didn’t like renting high mileage cars so he’d keep em under 100k.
