I've been using a vegetable peeler to peel it and saute it in vegetable stock and throw it in the oven for a few minutes. unbeatable

How do I get rid of that tofu aftertaste. I’m not a meat eater but stay away from blocks of tofu because over the last 9 years the after taste still bothers me.

You have to put the tofu on before you put the lettuce and tomato on and it won’t fall out. Then you put the vinegar and oil and spices on top of the lettuce and tomato.
