@kookmutsjes: SOFT BREAD WITH BEEF AND CHEESE SAUCE #food #Recipe #cheese #meat #tasty #fy #fyp #foryou #foryoupage DOUGH 130 ml lukewarm milk 10 g honey 5 g instant yeast 1 egg (medium) 25 ml sunflower oil 300 g all-purpose flour 5 g salt (⅚ teaspoon) BEEF MIXTURE 5 ml olive oil 500 g ground beef 3 g salt (½ teaspoon) 3 g cayenne powder (1 teaspoon) 3 g onion powder (1 teaspoon) 1 g black pepper (⅓ teaspoon) 2 g garlic powder (⅔ teaspoon) EXTRA cheddar cheese grated cheese cheese sauce Add the lukewarm milk, honey, and yeast to a deep bowl. Mix well. Add the beaten egg, sunflower oil, all-purpose flour, and salt. Knead until smooth. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm spot or until it has doubled in size. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, salt, cayenne powder, onion powder, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 8-9 minutes until the meat is fully cooked. Let it cool. Deflate the dough and divide it into 9 equal pieces. Shape into balls. Roll each ball into a flat circle. Place baking rings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Lay the dough over the baking rings and press it down to cover the inside. Fill each baking ring with a layer of the meat mixture. Place slices of Cheddar cheese on top, then add another layer of meat. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes or until they double in size. Optionally, garnish the meat buns with cheese sauce if you like. Recipe for cheese cause: 100 ml heavy cream 150 g cheddar 10 g sambal 1.5 g turmeric powder 10 g jalapeño’s Heat the heavy cream along with the cheddar cheese, sambal, and turmeric over low to medium heat. Stir constantly until the cheese has fully melted and the sauce has a smooth, creamy texture. If the sauce is too thin, let it thicken for 1-2 minutes over low heat while continuing to stir. Remove the pan from the heat and add the finely chopped jalapeños. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
