@bavariamedic: First Aid for an Amputated Ear! 👂🚑 What should you do if an ear gets cut off? Here’s a quick guide: 1️⃣ 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Apply a pressure bandage to the wound. 2️⃣ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝗿 – Wrap it in a sterile gauze pad. 3️⃣ 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹 – Place the ear in a sealed bag, then put that bag into a second bag with ice and water. ❌ Never put the ear directly on ice!
