20yrs as a Admin Colleague and not 1 day was spent fully in admin I have personally done front end both checkouts and service desk, chilled, ambient clothing, bakery, GM and WAREHOUSE on many occasion

Warehouse is freezing or baking, it's dangerous, exhausting and after a few years either ur knees, back or shoulders are that of someone twice ur age. I don't see how they can be judged equal.

There’s a lot of assumptions that store retail staff just sit on a till. Having worked in store, we have to tip deliveries, drag heavy cages in and lift stock off cages and into the store room…

Warehouse vs till worker 😂 Maybe the warehouse workers should insist that the shop floor workers go to the warehouse 50% of the time? Equal pay equal role profile.
