help I don’t know what I am doing my sourdough starter is ready I test by putting in water and it floats when I’d o the pull and stretch four times I do everything then when I cook it it doesn’t rise

I did this one last week but also added freeze dried strawberries.🍓 It was amazing! Now I’ve got a loaf of chocolate sourdough with strawberries about ready for the oven. I may have a problem. 😁
