but after i go to bathroom, even if i squeeze out the smallest droplet, the moment i get up it starts to drop more out of it, and i have wait for 10-20 minutes to make sure nothing left.

What about for someone who doesn't have much control over their urine. & feel the urgency to do it right away. And little drops do come out.
