SANDBLASTER….. I did 20 for my place and once done they were flushed and painted. All 20 were blasted over a weekend and painted within the week. 🤷♀️

Dipping or sand blaster and enameling not so expensive get several done at once as doing this yourself is false economy. Massively time consuming

I would go to a custom motor cycle shop and ask if they’d be willing to sandblast and powder coat them for you, and what the price would be.

Rust-Oleum is cheaper on line. Use a brush on version, still cheaper than the spray, then you can use a roller. Also investigate hammerite. I hope they don’t leak after all ur hard work x

burn then get a roofing torch and just blast them or build a fire and throw them on after they cooled a hand heald wire brush will clean if anything left

Hey! Valspar wood and metal paint is suitable for radiators as it goes upto 100 degrees. Highly recommend their paint!!!!

Wire brush on a drill may reach multi tool with an edge piece, the scraper on ? What about just using your paint stripper first then brushing the residue off

try a Dremel should be able to reach right it there. or fabricate a wooden block with sand paper around it attach a drill and sand away

sand or bead blasting would give you the smooth finish you are looking for then get them dipped. it will probably end up costing the same as buying them new 😆

A heat gun! Wasted so much paint stripper on a singular door with 5 layers. Heat gun got it in one swipe.

I can't believe it's cheaper, after buying the second hand rad, all the paint etc etc, I'd love to see the breakdown for how much you've saved. then divide that by the hours you've worked
