Letro works best for me. Once I feel symptoms of high estrogen. I take Letro for 4-5 days and symptgo away and stay away for 4-6 weeks

Why is he running 240mg/w to start with? Way too much for TRT cut it back to about 160mg/w, run if for a few weeks and test it again. Adjust in small increments accordingly.

Arimidex - stronger aromasin - not as strong. It’s my understanding that adex can cause issues with lipids, whereas aromasin is a bit safer son it really depends on how much estrogen mgmt you need

18weeks 500mgs test E. 12 week 300 primo estradiol came back 22.77 pg/ml thinking of bumping my test to 600 just because I’m slightly more sore might be slightly too low of E for my body?🤷♂️
