I lived in public housing which helped me out alot. I work everyday I wasn't lazy. It helped me relocate to another state and now I'm a home owner. You have to want better so you need to do better.

What about the elderly in public housing or single mothers who can’t work because they don’t have someone to watch their children? What about ppl who work but can’t afford the expense

I agree! 💯Nothing is wrong with public housing but it’s not permanent. It’s not intended for a lifetime.

I live in public housing and my rent is$1200 because it goes by your income. I don’t know why people still believe that people are not paying substantial rent because it’s public housing?

I think there's a misunderstanding about public housing and section 8 for some reason people think that when you're on section 8 you don't pay rent you I have a friend who's paying $1,400 a monthly 🤔
