I’m on day 63, anxiety and stomach issues that I was told gardening were supposed to help are gone. I no longer stress about running low and being seen at the shop. I also ran 5 miles in under 45 mins 3 days in a row now, 63 days ago it took me 1 hour and 7 mins so there is that. Still coughing up black shit though. So the tar is still there. Still having dreams but I sleep better, oh and my appetite is normal, like I don’t need to smoke to be hungry. I smoke nearly two grams a day for 25 years, so not a newbie. Maybe you’re not ready to stop, but yeah it helps,.

I stopped to see what my willpower was like cuz I’ve done it for 10 years every day. It’s way easier now, and I have noticed the benefits, but now I remember why I started: for sleep. I can’t sleep 🥲

I stopped when I got pregnant, my baby is two months old and I still can’t garden as I’m breastfeeding😭 it’s been almost a year and all I want to do is go gardening😭😭

Stopped smoking before I had a baby. Picked it back up afterwards & the tolerance break was TOLERENCING forreal 😭😭 That First smoke was crazy .. never again🤣
