My bf gives me a hard time for being so obsessed with getting enough fiber but he’s the one with stomach issues and rarely eats vegetables. 🤷♀️coincidence I think not!

I think people would be surprised if they build a plate like you teach- how much they are not actually overeating. I was. I still needed to add calories actually but felt like I had so much food
