@gj.sweetandsavoury: 💥HARIYALI CHICKEN TIKKA💥 INGREDIENTS : 🍃500gms boneless chicken cubes 🍃 Half Cup Mint Leaves 🍃 Half Cup Coriander leaves 🍃3 green chillies 🍃 2 Garlic Cloves 🍃1 tsp ginger paste or Half inch ginger 🍃1 tbsp lemon juice 🍃 2 tbsp thick cream 🍃2 tbsp yogurt 🍃 1 tsp salt 🍃 1 tsp black pepper 🍃 Half tsp red chilli flakes 🍃 1 tsp italian seasoning 🍃 1 tsp Garam Masala 🍃 1 tsp cumin 🍃1 tsp coriander powder Method Blend the mint leaves, corriander leaves, chillies,ginger,garlic, cream , yogurt,until it forms a smooth paste. In a bowl add chicken pieces,and Transfer the marinade,add all the mentioned spices, mix, add marinate. Thread the chicken on skewers . In a pan add 4 tbsp oil and grill for 12-14 mins, keep changing sides until nicely charred. and they are ready. Enjoy with naan ,roti or rice😎 📌You can bake them or air fry them at 200c for 20-25minutes.
