Pike Place Market parking garage. Pike Place is pretty cool in and of itself. And you can get your parking validated by visiting some of the attractions there.

Ludi’s for breakfast, it’s near the market so you can grab breakfast and then walk around the market. Park in the buildings where the Amazon spheres are (it’s free on weekends and after 4pm weekdays)
