When I cleaned houses I’ve done that before my back n knees were SCREAMING but it was a good workout n it helped me clean the floor better lol

Had to do this one time as well but didn’t have the knee pads . Thankfully client noticed and politely gave me her mop ! Definitely have to invest in knee pads though !! 💯💯
