@onestopchop: BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP deserves a seat at the table! Ingredients Whole Large Rotisserie Chicken 1 small Yellow onion 4-6 green onion/scallion 4-6 cloves minced garlic 10 oz whipped cream cheese Ranch dressing Franks red hot buffalo wing sauce Spicy Ranch Seasoning Cheddar Cheese, shredded Mozzarella cheese, shredded Colby Jack Cheese, shredded Natures Seasoning all purpose blend 1. Shred the rotisserie chicken into small pieces. 2. In a bowl, mix together 10 oz of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce. 3. Stir in the shredded chicken and 1 cup each of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. 4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with a drizzle of ranch and hot sauce then top with another 1/2 cup or so of shredded colby jack cheese. 5. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 20 minutes, until it's hot and bubbly. #appetizers #buffalochickendip #dip #onestopchop
