Mama of 3- when I had my son I suffered with migraines. Keep hydrated, vicks vapor rub on your forehead, ice packs and a nap in a dark cool quiet space. Keep an eye on your BP too! You got this!!!

This is what migraines does to me at 33 weeks and i was given acetaminophen which only works for sometime 😭😭😭😭
