coconut water, body armour, lots of water in general, oatmeal 🙏🏽 I hear that hands free pumps tend to get less milk, for me manual pumps get a lot more than the hands free & electric pumps

make sure you mark on there if you pumped at night or in the morning and give baby night milk at night only it has melatonin (something like that?) in it that naturally helps baby sleep

That’s actually a lot of milk girl. 👏 Be proud of yourself brstfeedn is hard work! But brewers yeast is what helped me & the supplements called Legendairy Pump Princess and Cash cow (Walmart Amazon)

I don’t know why pumping was so hard for me but people tell me I should’ve stuck with it. Steel cut oatmeal with fresh berries, anything good for digestion good for supply and keep pumping. Don’t quit

Pump every two hours for at least 45 minutes !! Oatmeal helps a lot I used to add a tablespoon of melted coconut oil into mine and it helped I used to pump around 75ml each pump

If you don’t a Costco try to get one. They’ve lots of body armor and coconut water that’s cheaper. And oatmeal cookies made me over supplied had to buy a deep freezer and donate.
