Gimbap 김밥 초등학교 첫 생일파티와 학창시절 푸르른 하늘아래 가을 단풍 소풍때 잔디위 돗자리 깔고 먹던, 동틀녘부터 느껴지는 엄마의 두 뺨에 닿아 깨어났던 고소한꿈, 나의 가슴 높이에 놓여져있던 엄마가 만들어준 김밥 도시락. 대학생 시절 점심시간에 한끼로 대신 했던 김밥. 아마도 대부분 비슷한 스토리로 김밥을 추억할것이다. 의외로 만들기 쉽지 않은 김밥에서 느껴진 과거로 부터온 엄마의 정성. 소풍 가방 안감에서 풍기던 고소한 냄새 . 눈을 감고 먹어보니 푸릇한 잔디위 서로 다른 개성의 김밥을 나누어 먹던 친구들과의 부대김, 살랑한 바람한입과 같이 먹었던 김밥이 떠오른다. 한국인들에겐 김밥이 이런 음식이야. (!) 8 Gimbap Ingredients ∎ trimming of ingredients 재료손질 * hams for gimbap 8 김밥용 햄 * pickled radish 8 단무지 * Burdock for gimbap 8 우엉 * crab meat 8 맛살 * seaweed for gimbap 8 김밥용 김 * seaweed ½ for gimbap 4 김밥용 김 ½ ⑴ We prepare all of them for commercial use ⑴ 모두 시판용으로 준비합니다. ∎ seasoned rice 조미밥 * rice 1200g 밥 (150g per piece) (한개당 150g) * flavored salt ¼T 맛소금 * sesame oil 2.5T 참기름 ⑴ Add 1200g of rice, flavored salt ¼T, sesame oil 2.5T and mix. ⑴ 밥 1200g, 맛소금¼T, 참기름 2.5T 을 넣고 섞어줍니다. ∎ Stir-fried carrots 당근 볶음 * chopped carrots 4 손질한 당근 * flavored salt ½T 맛소금 * Canola oil 10T 카놀라유 ⑴ Add 4 trimmed carrots, ½Tflavored salt, and 10T of canola oil and stir-fry while making carrot oil. ⑴ 손질한 당근 4개, 맛소금 조금, 카놀라유 10T 를 넣고 당근 기름을 만들어주면서 볶아줍니다. ∎ egg crust 계란 지단 * egg 8 계란 8개 * ∎ Stir-fried carrots 당근 볶은 기름 ⑴ Mix 8 eggs and bake using ∎ Stir-fried carrots oil. ∎ Fried fried tofu 유부 볶음 * fried tofu 110g 손질한 유부 * sugar 2T 설탕 * soy sauce 2T 간장 * Water 10T 물 ⑴ Add 110g of trimmed fried tofu, 2T sugar, 2T soy sauce, 10T water, and stir-fry the fried tofu while cooking it. ⑴ 손질한 유부 110g, 설탕 2T, 간장 2T, 물 10T, 를 넣고 유부를 조리면서 볶아줍니다. ∎ order of cooking ⑴ Spread seaweed and spread rice. Spread seaweed ½ for gimbap on top ⑵ Add pickled radish, cucumbers, crab meat, ham, egg garnish, stir-fried carrots, and fried tofu evenly. ⑶ Roll it well and lightly apply water at the end and press it down tightly ⑷ Apply sesame oil on top. ∎ 요리 순서 ⑴ 김을 깔고 밥을 펴준뒤 위에 김밥용 김 ½ 을 깔아준다 ⑵ 단무지, 우엉, 맛살, 햄, 계란지단 1개씩, 당근볶음, 유부볶음을 골고루 넣어줍니다. ⑶ 잘 말아주고 끝쪽에 물을 가볍게 바르고 꽉꽉 눌러줍니다 ⑷ 위에 참기름을 발라줍니다. #cooking #Recipe #EasyRecipe #homecooked #DinnerIdeas #gimbap - @7aekwang
