I have bronchitis,I snore when I sleep and currently I'm sick,If I wake up after sleeping through the whole night while snoring I wake up with that. I breathe through my nose quickly to get it out because it's usually stuck in the nose sinus and above the entrance of the throat. I gag too,the most horrible but releaving thing

girl if you don't get up and move that torso! doing some shimmy shimmy can help dislodge mucus and phlegm in our lungs, throat, and occasionally help drain our sinuses as proper airflow is brought back to those systems.
